When you have a project in mind, please contact us using our contact form to ensure we can accommodate your idea. Be descriptive and include pictures/links to make the design process smooth.
We will begin to work with you to develop a proof for your approval - please note you may make changes to design/text a few times without an extra charge. Multiple changes will delay turnaround time.
Once the quote/proposal is approved, an invoice will be sent to your email. After the invoice is paid in full, your project will be started.

All orders are unique and our workload varies day to day. Typically your order will be ready to ship within 3 weeks depending on the size of the order. If you need your order sooner please, add the rush order listing to your cart at checkout. To rush your order the fee is $25. Due to the nature of our work and the fact that orders are begun almost immediately, we allow 24 hours for order cancellations at this time. Please keep this in mind when making your purchase. With custom requests a proof will be sent for your review, changes can be made at that time and a new proof will be sent for final approval.

While we do not accept returns, if you encounter any physical issues with our products, please contact us at secondalarmcreations@gmail.com and we will resolve the issue. No refunds will be given unless your order is cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
