If you need your order in a timely manner, there is a rush order option at checkout. Please let us know during the initial consultation that you need your order prior to a certain date and we will try to accommodate you the best we can. The order will be express mailed when your order is completed. Otherwise, it will be shipped with standard shipping.

Due to the nature of custom work, there will be no refunds or returns once the project is started and paid for.
